The Bee Team at Jason Mitchell Group is currently seeking licensed real estate agents to join our team. As a licensed agent with our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and fast-growing company that provides excellent support, training, and leads to help you succeed in your real estate career.

Requirements:

Must have an active real estate license (or be willing to obtain one, with our assistance)

Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Must be self-motivated and able to work independently

Must have a proven track record of success in real estate sales

Must be able to handle a large number of leads and follow up with clients effectively

Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities:

Manage leads and follow up with potential clients in a timely and professional manner

Conduct property showings and open houses

Negotiate contracts and agreements with buyers and sellers

Attend team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and stay up-to-date on industry trends

Collaborate with other team members to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients

Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and maintain a positive reputation for Bee Team at The Jason Mitchell Group

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
